The American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses is pleased to host another outstanding conference featuring prominent leaders in SCI/D Nursing. These experts are eager to share their experience, their expertise, and new perspectives on critical issues in the SCI/D arena with you.
The American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Nurses (AASCIN) was established in 1983
in response to the need for professional spinal cord injury nursing information exchange
and continuing education. The purposes of AASCIN are to advance SCI nursing practice
through education, research, and networking, as well as to promote excellence in
meeting the nursing care needs of individuals with spinal cord injury and disorders (SCI/D).
Join us again at the Gaylord Palms Resort for our annual conference. It will be held from August 11-13, 2008. Plan on arriving on Sunday, August 10 and traveling home on August 14. The program committee is hard at work developing an exciting slate of presentations to keep the participants on the cutting edge of spinal cord injury/disease nursing issues.
